International Shipping: 
We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $150 USD. 

Free shipping discount is counted in USD only. International customers will have to reach $150USD in their respective currency exchange.

 

Shipping Methods: 
For standard shipping, we use YunExpress and USPS with an estimated transit time of 7-14 days.

For international orders, we use YunExpress and EMS with an estimated transit time of 10-20 days.

All orders are shipped according to their longest construction period. Some items may have longer construction periods, some items have short construction periods. Please note that we ship orders after all items are in our warehouse. 

Li Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please double-check that the submitted shipping address is correct and contact your local postal service. Please contact us at: serve@lihanfu.com if you need any assistance.

Please kindly note that updating the shipping address in your personal account won't affect the shipping address in your processing orders.

Shipping addresses have to be changed manually by us, so please let us know as soon as possible.

We are unable to change addresses after orders have been shipped.

To modify an order, please contact us at serve@lihanfu.com with your order number in the subject line, and details of the desired modifications.

We are only able to modify orders if they have not been shipped. This is dependent on the construction periods of your ordered items.

Orders with long construction periods will have more time to modify their order.

Orders with shorter construction periods are recommended to contact us sooner to make their changes.

Most items have a construction period.

"Construction period" denotes a period of time where the individual brand sews the garments you ordered.

Periods may vary, but typically take 10-30 days. it is recommended to check product descriptions carefully for individual construction period information.

Please note that construction periods are estimates, and may take shorter or longer periods of time depending on a variety of market factors.

Nüwa Hanfu specializes in curating authentic traditional clothing from independent brands. These brands create hanfu in small batches to assure quality.

Items with construction period will not be shipped until all product(s) in your order are ready.

Items with construction period will be shipped with standard shipping methods using YunExpress and USPS, with an estimated transit time of 7-14 days.

If you need hanfu immediately, Nüwa Hanfu may not be the shop for you.

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returned packages can no longer be returned to our brands due to a shortened return window, and cannot be reused as future inventory.

However, if you receive an item that has significant damage or major defects, please reach out to us at serve@lihanfu.com. We are happy to investigate and assist with any issues regarding product quality.

Please include your order number in the subject line and photos of the item for faster processing.

We currently do not accept exchanges for issues such as incorrect sizing, colors, etc.

We understand that Chinese sizing runs smaller compared to US sizes, and this can be especially surprising for first timers. We highly recommend sizing up once or twice if you are unsure.

For hanfu, please add 3-4 cm to your body measurements for the best fit.

For qipao, we recommend either adding 2-3cm to your body measurements for a comfortable fit, or 3-5+ cm for a looser fit.

Please consider the widest part of your body (whether it be the bust or hips) above all while picking a size.

Hanfu always looks better with more fabric and is easily adjustable. However, hanfu with not enough fabric will look odd.

Qipaos can always be altered in, but if there's not enough room for you to walk comfortably, it's no good!

In cases of damaged products or other major imperfections, exchanges or refunds may be possible.
